President Stanley R. Tokarz holds a degree from Voorhees College and is a United State Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. Our staff holds Federal Communications (FCC) license, ETA/USMSS. We are proudly affiliated with United States Motorola® Service Station, Great Lakes Motorola® Service Station, Eastern Division Motorola® Service Station, Enterprise Wireless Association (EWA), and APCO. Mr. Tokarz also holds a CET and FCC license. Continuing Education in the ever changing field of communication technology is standard with employees of Lily Pond Communication Service, Inc.
Hours of operation are 8 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time; however we are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency response so that our communities can depend on the protection they receive from their public safety providers. Service to our customers is our #1 priority each time the phone rings, whether it is during business hours or holidays and weekends. We fully understand exactly how important our service is to our customers and we understand well that our specialty is "fixing what is broken". This is in actuality, more important than the initial sale of a product. If a company does not service the technology they sell, they do a disservice to the manufacture of the product, the training they have endeavored to maintain and most of all to the customer who relies on protecting their people.
The fleet of well stocked service vehicles is also equipped with two-way radios and cellular phones to insure prompt response and repair of our customer's equipment and needs. We calibrate all equipment at regular intervals. We well understand that the quality in our service is what our customer expects and receives.
Our primary business is the design, sales, installation and maintenance of two-way radio systems for public safety, commercial and industrial customers. These include Emergency Service Dispatch Centers, as well as stand alone providers of police, fire, public works, transportation, hospitals, training centers, and public utilities. We provide service to six of the ten New Hampshire counties of Belknap, Carroll, Grafton, Hillsborough, Merrimack and Strafford.
